These terms apply to your use of Storytime. Storytime is a small, experimental platform still in development, so please read these terms with that in mind.
Creating an account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. The information you provide when signing up must be accurate. You're responsible for what happens with your account.
Using the platform
Storytime is meant for sharing spoken stories. You may not post content that is illegal, harasses or threatens others, infringes on someone else's copyright, or is otherwise harmful. Report content that doesn't meet these standards using the report function on any story or comment.
Your content
You remain the owner of the stories you record and publish. By publishing, you give Storytime permission to host, play and display your story to other users of the platform. Nothing more.
Moderation and removal
We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms, have been reported, or otherwise don't fit the platform for other reasons. We try to handle this carefully, but reserve the right to step in when necessary.
Availability
Storytime is a platform in active development. We can't guarantee availability, uptime, or that features will keep working exactly as they do now. Features may change or disappear as the platform evolves.
Liability
You use Storytime at your own risk. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, loss of content, or content posted by other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
